What happens during the free introductory call?

During this 30-minute session, we'll discuss your specific mental performance challenges, goals, and what you're looking to achieve. We'll also explain our approach, answer your questions, and determine which program or coaching option might be the best fit for your needs.

How do I know which program is right for me?

Each athlete's needs are different. The free intro call helps us understand your specific situation and recommend the best approach. Generally, one-on-one coaching works best for athletes with specific challenges, while our group programs provide comprehensive mental skills development with peer support.

Do sessions take place in person or virtually?

All coaching sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom, making it convenient for athletes anywhere to access our services. This format also allows for greater flexibility in scheduling around your training and competition commitments.

How often do coaching sessions take place?

Individual coaching sessions are scheduled weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your needs and schedule. Our group programs meet weekly, following the school calendar, with breaks for major holidays.

Do you work with parents as well as athletes?

Yes! We offer parent add-on options for our programs where we meet with parents biweekly to teach them the skills their athletes are learning and provide strategies to support their mental development.

What ages do you work with?

We primarily work with athletes ages 10 and up, including high school, collegiate, and beyond. Our approach is tailored to the developmental needs and competitive levels of each age group.

What sports do you specialize in?

We work with athletes across all sports, including team sports like volleyball, basketball, and soccer, as well as individual sports like cross country, tennis, golf, and motorsports. The mental skills we develop are applicable across sporting disciplines.
